Meet Chase

Helping Christian husbands and fathers renew their purpose, rebuild their strength and reclaim their God-given legacy.

Somewhere along the way, you started slowing down, watching your body change, moving up a waist size, and quietly wondering if this is really all God has for you.

Do you feel like your best years are behind you, like it’s too late to lose the weight, to feel energetic again or be the active, present dad you always wanted to be?

Have you poured everything into your career only to give God, your wife, and your kids whatever little is left of you?

Do you find yourself tethered to comfort? Justifying why you can’t do the hard things and repeatedly choosing the easier path?

If any of this hits home, you’re not alone, and it’s not too late.

God has called you to more.

He designed you to be the spiritual leader of your home, a faithful steward of your health and a man who influences generations.

You were created to build a legacy that lasts.

My Turning Point

20160525_131936_edited_edited.jpg

A few years ago, I was 50 pounds overweight, exhausted, and spiritually adrift.

My identity was in my career, not in Christ and I was giving my family what was left of me instead of the best of me.

I woke up each day tired.

Tired in my body.

Tired in my mind.

Tired in my spirit.

Tired of feeling like I was failing the very people God had entrusted to me.

And then God opened my eyes to the legacy I was failing to build.

Through surrender, discipline, and faith, I reclaimed my health and rediscovered my purpose as the leader of my home. I didn't gain the weight overnight and I didn't lose it overnight.

I starting changing my habits, my mindset, and focused on slow consistent progress. It wasn’t easy. But it was worth everything.

That transformation set me on a mission — to help other men do the same.

Why I Do This Work

Our habits, mindsets, and limiting beliefs can quietly pull us off course. Without realizing it, we start drifting from the man God created us to be.

Discipline fades. Energy runs low. Purpose blurs. Comfort starts calling the shots, and we slip into survival mode instead of living with spiritual strength.

But drifting doesn’t define us. It simply reveals where to begin.

This is where I found myself. When I chose surrender over comfort and committed to the hard, necessary work, everything began to change. I found freedom, renewed purpose, and a clear calling to live with impact and build a legacy.

It’s time to be intentional again. It's time to adjust your aim. It’s time to lead yourself with courage and surrender, in a way others can follow, and step fully into the man God has called you to be.

It’s never too late to reclaim your health, renew your energy, deepen your faith, and strengthen your relationships. Your family will feel the difference.

What I Believe

Strength Is Stewardship

Strength isn’t only physical. It’s mental and emotional strength that we are

called to steward.

The discipline, confidence, and energy developed through a commitment to health and fitness spill into every other area of life and begin shaping the legacy

we leave behind.

Purpose Requires Discipline

Your actions, habits, and mindset reveal where your aim is truly set. When your point of aim doesn’t match your point of impact,

it’s time to recalibrate.

Discipline pulls your life

back into alignment with your values and helps you live out your purpose.

Leadership

Begins at Home

Your influence starts with your family. Before you lead them, you must lead yourself so they can trust and follow your direction.

We model the kind of strength, humility, and consistency we want to see in our homes. Our families follow what we live — not only what we say.

Your Legacy Matters

Your choices today shape the generations that follow

BE the man you're called to be

DO the work required of you

HAVE the impact your family needs

Your intention sets your aim.

Your process builds your path.

When both are aligned, the results follow.

Strength. Discipline.
Leadership. Legacy

At Reclaimed Legacy, we guide men to realign their lives through a commitment to health, fitness, discipline, and spiritual leadership.

We restore energy through simple daily habits and sustainable nutrition. We rebuild strength by developing real capacity through functional fitness and mobility. And we call men to lead their families by their actions, not just their words, stepping into the spiritual leadership their wives and children need and passing down

legacy that lasts for generations.

This work is practical.

This isn't a course. It's a lifestyle.

It’s built for real life, for husbands, fathers, and busy men

who want to lead well without burning out.

Who I Work With

mentalk.jpg

I coach Christian husbands and fathers who feel themselves drifting in their health, fitness, focus, energy, discipline, or spiritual leadership.

Men who work hard to provide for their families, who want to be present fathers and intentional husbands, yet feel stretched thin or stuck in survival mode. Men who may have already raised their kids or reached midlife and quietly believe their best days are behind them and that this drift is just part of getting older.

I work with men who want to honor God with their bodies, lead their homes with integrity, and build a legacy that will impact their families for generations.

If that’s you, Reclaimed Legacy is for you. The breakthrough you’re searching for is found in the work you’ve been avoiding. Let’s get to work.

Why This Matters for Generations

When a man commits to honoring God through the discipline of fitness and spiritual alignment, he develops the strength, endurance, and clarity needed to lead in every area of life.

That type of alignment produces energy, confidence, and influence that impacts his family for generations.

This isn’t just about your body.

It’s about your calling.

Your home.

Your marriage.

Your children.

Your legacy.

A godly man who takes his health and discipline seriously becomes a pillar his family can depend on.

Your Comeback Begins With a Decision

Maybe you already feel solid as a leader. You’re not in crisis. You’re not drifting or falling apart. You just know you could lose a few pounds, get in better shape, or have more energy.

What most men don’t realize is this: fully committing to their health unlocks clarity, confidence, and stronger leadership in every area of life.

If you’re ready to step into that next level of strength and discipline, I’ll help guide you every step of the way. You don’t have to figure this out alone. Don’t settle for the version of you that’s just “fine.”

When you expand your vision, make a few key adjustments, and commit fully, you unlock a second half of life filled with purpose, impact, and influence you didn’t even realize you were missing.
