We use a 90-day coaching process where you can train in a small group cohort, 1:1, or virtually. We start with health, habits, mindset, movement, and mobility. We begin at your level and move you forward with no gym or equipment needed to get started.
Functional Strength Training
Joint-friendly, progressive strength training for men 35+ and those returning to fitness. With structured progression and coaching, you’ll advance through Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced bodyweight and free-weight programs, or be able to confidently step into the gym.

I’m Chase, a man who knows what drifting feels like. A few years ago, I found myself tired, overweight, unfocused, unmotivated, and slipping into a version of myself I never intended to be.
After seeing the negative effect that it was having on my family, I started the journey to rebuild my health, my strength, my discipline, and my leadership. The impact this had on my walk with the Lord, my marriage, my kids, and my physical and mental health has been life-changing. Now I’m committed to helping other men experience the same transformation.
I don’t offer quick fixes. I help you forge a path, build a foundation, and stay accountable to your purpose. A way back to the man you were created to be.
I’m a personal trainer, nutrition specialist, and have received personal coaching through Rise Up Kings. But the work I do goes far beyond certifications. I guide Christian husbands and fathers to rebuild their health, discipline, and spiritual leadership so they can lead their families with strength and confidence.
